Please know that I value both your and my time and will do everything I can to help you achieve your goals. When you schedule a Neuro-centric movement session, that time is set aside for you, along with additional time for me to prepare. This allows me to come to the session able to use our time together as efficiently as possible.

I understand that emergencies happen and cancelling a session may occasionally be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so as soon as possible to allow somebody else to make use of that time. Most of my clients are dealing with some degree of pain and may appreciate me being available sooner rather than later.

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 48 hours prior to the session. There is no cancellation fee if more than 48 hours notice is given. Please use the unique link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your session, including non-attended sessions (i.e. "no shows"), are payable in full, although I may exercise my own discretion from time to time. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session within 48 hours of your session please email movement@neurocentricmovement.com.

Should I need to cancel a session at any time, any payment(s) received will be refundable or transferable to another session. I will endeavour to reschedule any cancelled sessions within 7 days.
